This site is really a public place for me to park some projects,
publish some work and thoughts
and be a domain to reference in my package names and schemas.
Who I am
I am William Mills and despite the picture above,
the engineering I do has nothing to do with windmills.
I worked for small embedded software/hardware companies for 13 years and then worked for
for a fortune 500 semiconductor company for 21.
Altough my degree is in electronics (HW) I have always focused more or software.
Since 2008 I have focused exclusivly on open source.
Since 2020 I have been working 3 days a week and consider myself slightly retired.
